Why I Built the Crèole Network
The Creole Network Creole culture does not need another disconnected project that disappears when attention moves somewhere else. It needs an ecosystem. That belief is why I built the Crèole Network. Across Louisiana and the wider Creole world, valuable cultural work is already happening. Historians conduct research. Musicians carry sound and memory. Language advocates teach and document. Families preserve photographs and oral histories. Organizations serve their communities.
